I followed all of my rules in October! I did get The Naming and Blood Brothers from the library digitally, which I don’t list below because I can’t remember when I actually checked them out.
September was a month of cutting back. I cancelled my Audible, Kindle Unlimited and Amazon Music accounts. I just don’t listen to enough audiobooks to justify having Audible. I’m 3 months behind on them! I got Apple Music for free with my new phone, so why pay for two services?
I have been doing a great job of not purchasing a ton of books lately. Unfortunately, I didn’t do a whole lot of reading this month because I have been feeling yucky. But, I did go and hike the Tetons with Teagan so that was awesome!
I successfully only purchased 2 books this month! Both were pre-orders, so I will add them to the August Haul. After my book outlet haul last month and making a spreadsheet of how much I have actually spent on books this year… I am taking a mini break on purchases. I’m only pre-ordering books that have a really fun incentive or that are on an incredible sale.
