Killer’s of the Flower Moon – I’m a huge true crime fan and am from a reservation border town in New Mexico. The history in this book is deep and rich, and Grann weaves it in beautifully.
And I Darken – I just began this book, but I am LOVING how fierce Lada is!
What did I recently finish?
A Darker Shade of Magic – Schwab got me again! Kell and Lila are the most amazing duo. I would follow them anywhere.
Illuminae – Kristoff also never lets me down. I’m sad that I put this series off for so long and really excited about Gemina.
What do I think I will read next?
Queen of Air and Darkness – I like to torture myself, so let’s see how this 900+ page whopper goes.

I loved the Shades of Magic trilogy! Lila Bard is a really big inspiration for me. I forgot how many times my heart broke for these books.
